MANIFESTED IN THE FLESH

1Tim 3:15-16  Great is the mystery of godliness:  being like God; His express image and likeness; knowingly and willingly choosing good over evil

1Jn 4:7-11  Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.  He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.  In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.  In this is love, not that we loved God, but  that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one  another.

JUSTIFIED IN THE SPIRIT

Rom 1:4   Jesus was vindicated by God His Father even though He was condemned to death by men.  By His resurrection from the dead in a unique way unlike any other resurrection, God “declared [Jesus Christ our Lord] to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of Holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.”

The Father, Jesus Himself, and the Holy Spirit each and all together as one God raised Jesus from the dead.  A UNIQUE RESURRECTION!

Ps 2   “. . .Today I have begotten You!”  Ask of Me and I will give the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the Earth for Your possession.”

Lk 1:35   “. . .the Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.”

SEEN OF ANGELS

Angels were very much involved in the manifestation of God in the flesh:

Heb 1:7   angels are spirits and God’s messengers:  they obey GOD

Mt 1:18-21   informed Joseph of Yeshua’s conception by the Holy Spirit

Lk 2:8-13, Heb 1:6   praised and worshipped God and Messiah at His birth

Mt 4:11   angels came and served Jesus after His temptation by the devil

Lk 22:42-44   while agonizing in His soul before submitting Himself to His Father’s will, an angel appeared to Him from Heaven, strengthening Him

Mt 28:1-7   an angel served to demonstrate that Jesus had risen from the grave, and was not there

Acts 1:9-11   stood by the apostles at His ascension, and told them that this same Yeshua who ascended to Heaven would likewise come back

1Pt 3:22   are now subject to Jesus who is seated at the right hand of God

Rev 5:11-12   praising and worshipping the Lamb upon the Throne

Mt 26:53   even Jesus did not directly call on the angels for help

Col 2:18-19; Rev 22:8-9   not to worship angels

Rev 14:6-7   angels will finish the job of preaching the everlasting gospel:  the glory is God’s

PREACHED AMONG THE NATIONS

God’s good news of Jesus, the Redeemer and Savior, coming into the world is universal in scope for God’s plan of salvation.  From out of a small country in Roman Empire amongst a small people; Yeshua was only one among thousands of persons crucified by the Romans, yet His name is proclaimed to all nations throughout all generations.

Mt 28:19   Great Commission  (Is 11:10   “a banner to the peoples, for the Gentiles shall seek Him”)

Acts 8:5,12,35   preaching “Christ” does not mean only historical facts – or even mysteries – but also truths of His Kingdom and how to be saved

Rom 16:26   preached through the prophetic Scriptures to the nations for obedience to the faith
